Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and lovely and helpful staff, but it may not be ideally prepared for two people. The location is perfect for those needing to be in the Chatelain and Ixelles areas, with nearby bars and restaurants, although it could be more cheerful. The dining experience has low varieties and is not up to 5-star standards, while the service is friendly with a 'pre-authorization' policy. Overall, a good choice for a short stay in Brussels.
I stayed in an Executive Room which was really spacious and comfortable at the hotel. The location is great in a nice residential area, and the dining experience was good, though slightly expensive. The staff were friendly and provided free WiFi, enhancing my two-day stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable beds, making for a great night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even replacing a broken light bulb in our bathroom quickly. The location in the lovely area of Ixelles was perfect, although not right in the center. The dining experience was first class, but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor downsides.
The hotel rooms are some years old and didn't quite meet my expectations for the price paid. However, they were extremely spacious with a lovely bathroom/shower. The service was a bit lacking in aspects like following up on taxi orders and had snobbish elements, but there were kind gestures like providing a map of the city. The location is fairly central, allowing for an easy walk from Brussels Midi train station, but not particularly close to the city center. The dining experience had its flaws, with high prices and some discrepancies on the menu. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were generally good.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, although one of the rooms was not ready until 3 pm. The receptionist offered another room, but we couldn't move as we had to be somewhere that day. Overall, the rooms were pleasant and clean.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great stay overall. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Although the location was a bit far from the city center, it offered convenience with nearby amenities. The dining experience was perfect, although starting late. The facilities were great, making for a delightful stay overall.
